Larry Braden

Larry Braden is Chief Financial Officer for Early Growth Financial Services – Greater Seattle. Larry is an accomplished finance and business executive with more than 24 years diverse experience. He earned his Big-4 CPA with Deloitte & Touche; performed litigation, valuation and expert witness consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers and independently; and earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate with BearingPoint’s World-Class Finance practice. A sample of his impressive client experience ranges from advising numerous technology start-ups to leading major international companies including Microsoft, T-Mobile, Fisher Communications, PIMCO Investments, SilverCreek Capital, Corbis, and Nordstrom, among others.

Ira B. Dauberman

Ira has experience as a Vice President in both small and very large enterprises, such as Realization Technologies and Siemens. With particular emphasis on high level, top down, solution selling into large accounts, he specializes in developing and implementing go to market strategies for companies of all sizes. In the past, first as a regional manager and then as VP of Sales, he led a small Puget Sound communications startup to profitability and then to being purchased by a large international software company yielding a substantial return to investors and employees.

Mike Floyd

Mike is an entrepreneur at heart and truly a jack of all trades. He took an early passion for woodworking and started a business as a teenager. That business was developed into Michael’s Woodcraft and Design, a wood furniture manufacturing company with west coast distributors in Alaska, Washington, Oregon and California. Mike sold the business in 1996 after 17 years and started a new company, which he currently owns; Puget Sound Financial. Puget Sound Financial is a full services financial firm specializing in finance and efficiency based wealth strategies with a focus on the recapture of lost opportunity costs. Mike also holds the position of Senior Wealth Strategist for Pacific Capital Resource Group in Bellevue. Among numerous other business experiences, he has experience in construction, property management and raising funds. Mike volunteers for many organizations including Boy Scouts, 4H, University of Washington Bothell Alumni Association, Innovation Nation and various youth oriented groups. In his spare time Mike enjoys making award winning beer and wine, golfing, sailing, skiing, woodworking and traveling.

As a serial entrepreneur for the past 30+ years, Mr. Garth has been collaboratively financing and building more than 30 start-ups, early stage and early growth private and public companies. Industries have included software, telecommunications, consumer electronics, medical devices, pharmaceutical and real estate. Mr. Garth has developed and managed the financial, administrative, operations and legal affairs within these private and public companies. As executive officer, founder, turn-around specialist, and/or active adviser, Mr. Garth has completed more than 160 capital infusion transactions including; private and public offerings, licensing agreements, corporate partnering, corporate sale, and bank and asset based financing. Mr. Garth began his career as an audit and tax CPA with Touche Ross & Co. after which he conceptualized and established the first interim/part-time CFO practice.
